M.O.D.O.K.(acronym for Mental/Mobile/Mechanized Organism Designed Only for Killing)is a Supervillain in LEGO Marvel Superheroes and LEGO Marvel's Avengers who works for the villain organization A.I.M.

M.O.D.O.K. is among the many villains aiding Doctor Doom, who is planning to obtain the broken pieces of Silver Surfer's surfboard. Doctor Doom hopes to use these shards known as Cosmic Bricks to wreak havoc across the world by constructing Doctor Doom's Doomray of Doom.

M.O.D.O.K. does not have a major role in the main storymode of the game.
